The Skin Rejuvenation system is intended for treatment of superficial (harmless) vascular and pigmented lesions. These Skin Rejuvenation treatments are successful when used to fade the appearance of:

Uneven skin tone
Spider vessels and vascular irregularities
Roscea
Pore Size
Sun damaged areas
Aging
Uneven or rough skin texture

The treatments are usually performed on the following body areas:

What can I expect?

After treatments you will experience a gradual lightening and improvement of the area that was treated.

Textural improvements will become more apparent towards the end of the treatment series. The total number of treatments will depend on your skin’s condition and will be discussed during your first consultation (usually 4-5 sessions). Treatments are usually done every 3 to 4 weeks.

Does it hurt? What can I expect?

The treatments are painless. After each session your may experience temporary pinkness, which will last only a short time. Brown spots may temporarily darken before they lighten.

Improvement in pigmentation and vascular irregularities will be seen before each new treatment. You will be able to return to your normal activities after each session.

How does the ReFirme™ Skin Rejuvenation works?

The applicators are optimized to emit light in wavelengths easily absorbed by hemoglobin and melanin. The targeted vascular or pigmented lesions absorb the light energy, raising the temperature of the target tissue. Then RF energy flows to the heated area and elevates the temperature to the level required for effective treatment and overall improved skin colour.

The elos™ energy of this applicator provides targeted heating up to 0.8mm in depth.
